Customers reporting that form unusable on iPad but ok on desktop PC

    Apparently dropdown boxes and form loading is almost unusable on iPad for customers. They switched to a Windows desktop and all is fine.


    I tested it with a borrowed iPad and found the same problem.

    Hi hilltopkennels,

    I did a test on an iPad mini emulator and was unable to reproduce the issue you are experiencing with dropdown fields. The options however were not dropped down but shown above the field:

    Please inform us if the version iPad you are using when experiencing this issue so that we can look into this further.
