Is there a way to show a page Tab at the top of my form?

IDK if I asked the above question well.  But, I'd like to create page breaks so my reservation form isn't so annoyingly long (it even annoys me and I made it!). Like I do on another form I have https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/51157487354966.

But I'd like to have something showing at the top of the page with a page title in it (instead of just "next" buttons at the bottom of the page) so the person filling out the form can see what page they are actually on and what is required on the next page. Some tabs on the top of the form that say "Client Info," "Emergency Contact," "Dates of Service," and "Misc Info" etc. Is this something I can do?  Please and thank you.
