I am selling 18 different products on my website. Each product has custom information that needs to be entered before purchase, and that is why i am using jot forms.

Each product has a custom form. So, i have 18 different forms.

I will only ever sell one product per order

Currently, when the user opens a form to enter product information and purchase, they see all18 products, and the user has to pick one of the 18 products.

Each form is desigend for its specific product. I just want the user to enter the product information and then purchase. I dont want the user to have to select between the 18 products i sell.

On the second page of the payment form wizard you will see a "Users can choose only one product". If you choose that then the user cannot choose more than one product.

aytekin, I think you misunderstood his question - and I have the same issue he does.

I have many similar products. Each with a different market and price. I want to make a separate form (with custom adc opy, etc.) for each. I don't want to show all my products as that will, at best, cause confusion.

Is there a way to just show one of the products for sale out of the list on the form instead of showing the whole list of products?

Thanks. BTW - brilliant service/business you have.

No, it is not possible to hide all products and only show a single product. You should probably just create a separate form for that.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response. I see - I need to make a completely new form - and install the gateway on it seprately so that it has its own set of products (one product in my case). I had been creating new forms by copying my earlier form and it was "stacking" the products up.

    Thanks.
