How do I see all options, but only print on the order form what the customer orders

In my product area of my form, I have several options for customers to pick from, i.e. Breakfast, lunch, fruit cup, etc etc. The problem is this. I need to have all these items available for my customers to see, but only to print what they actually order.  Can I do this with this program?

You can print what the customer has ordered by accessing the submissions section for the form under My Forms page
