    How to add agreement check box to a form from the same page?

    Here is a picture of what I have on my form.
    I have a form that consist of multiple tabs and I want the "Terms and Conditions" link and put a "check box" on the "Order Form"

    Hi,

    To my knowledge, it's not possible with JotForm tools. I think that needs custom codes before you can call tabs on flashes which is a bit painful. The best and easiest way to add terms message is to add it directly on your form, or you can have it open in a new tab. http://www.jotform.com/help/76-How-to-add-agreement-check-box-to-a-form
