I want to renew for another year at the 50% off and the button for purchasing or link is nowhere to be found on the Pricing page. The only button active is the Upgrade button for the $49/month which I do not want. I want the Premium one. Please advise ASAP. Thanks.

Your subscription here in JotForm automatically renews so you need not to do anything. Although I also noticed that you canceled your annual subscription today. You are also scheduled for downgrade today so you will be able to see the upgrade button for the Premium subscription again.

Thank you for the information. once the downgrade gets implemented, your forms will not be deleted, but will only temporarily be suspended since your you also have exceeded the submissions capacity allotted for free users for the month.
