    Technical questions about the platform

Asked by Alice Coyne  on August 21, 2015 at 10:20 AM

We would be using this form as an entry submission form for a contest-type thing. 2 main questions:

Where are uploaded files stored and how much space do we get? Ideally participants would need to support allowing people to upload a JPEG, MP4 file along with their submission

Does the form support allowing people to check a box/sign a waiver digitally?

    Hello Alice,

The files will be stored on Jotform servers but you can integrate your form to Dropbox, Google Drive, Box (available in the integrations wizard) or even to your FTP so a copy of the uploaded files will be sent to their servers to your FTP server.

If you are on the free plan, you will get an upload space limit of 100MB. See the pricing page for more details https://www.jotform.com/pricing/.

We will answer your other question on this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/645011.
