    Hi there,

It looks like my account may have been disabled for some reason (or at least all forms on it disabled).  I am getting the message below for all my forms.  If someone could take a look at it, I would appreciate it.  Here's one link:

    Hi,

When I check your account, I realized that your account is suspended, because of the Bandwidth Abuse.

Now, I activate your account. Everything should be fine.

If it still occurs, please contact us.

    Hi,

Thanks very much for the quick response and resolution!

I have noticed one more problem that is likely related.  I'm seeing an access denied error on form attachments.  Here is one example:

    Thanks for any further help!

I have cleared you forms cache, kind check if you can access the attachment, the access denied error can also be caused if the form was submitted before the file was fully uploaded.

If possible you can request the submitter to send a fresh copy of the file

    @trackleaders

Our admins suspended your form due to bandwidth abuse, this means we ought to cancel  the subscription and suspend this account, unless you commit yourself to use the form in a better way.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response.  Is there somewhere that I can read about the bandwidth limitations on paid accounts?  I am not aware of any abusive behavior happening on my end.  The load of the attachments that have been submitted on our forms is coming from live users, not bots.

We do have large jumps in traffic at times, that could account for 10Gb of transfer -- but is that 10Gb limit per month, per year, or?  Any additional info on what the limits are and what exactly is happening would be greatly appreciated.  I can then investigate if something is wrong, or if this is normal given the traffic on my sites.

    Thanks for your prompt reply!

The 10 GB is per account, regardless the period. Let me consult the admin who suspended this in order to know better details and help you to keep your account in good status.

    Kind regards.

    Hi there,

Is there any update on this from the admins?  I have newly uploaded attachments that I cannot access while the account is still semi-disabled.

I would like to comply with the use parameters and bandwidth quotas, and re-instate the account, but I need some more information before I can proceed with that.  In the meantime, I would greatly appreciate it if the account could be reactivated, if at all possible.

    Thanks for the assistance!

I am sorry, but our Manager Jeanette has not yet heard back from the administrator who had suspended your account. When we have more information, you will be updated through this thread.

I do see that your account seems to be active / unsuspended at the moment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Hi there,

Thanks for pursuing this with the admins.  I am wondering if any update is available, or if I should continue to be patient.

    Kind regards,
