Thank you page display is delayed

    but there is a very long delay from submitting form to thank you page please advise.

    I've cloned your JotForm to my account and the thank you page seems to be loading fine after submitting the form. However, I see that the lag is still there while submitting your JotForm. It should be something related to residual lag pointing jotform.us domain from the datacenter. I feel it should be settled by the end of the day. If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.

    I'm still having the delay issue, any update on this?  I cloned my form and that works fine so maybe it's the form?  Also when I submit the form you have to scroll to the top of the page to see the thank you message, please advise.

    Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this problem. Usually when that happens these things are only temporary and often resolved before the end of the day or at the most within a 24 hour time-frame. However, it could be residual depending on connection and server traffic throughout the day.

    Are you submitting from the direct form or on your sharepoint site that was mentioned in your original thread that you mentioned the SQL Issue on? 

    Is this the same form that was mentioned as well still? Or? Please confirm.

    Also, I've cleared your form cache from our end to see if that will help at all.

    Thank you.  I cloned the form and am using that one now directly via our sharepoint site.  

    This fixed the delay however I still have the scroll to the top of the page to see the thank you message.  Do you have any fixes for that?
