    Unable to receive email notifications

    hello

    suddenly I cant receive emails from jot form anymore

    I have removed you email address from the bounce and upon checking it seems to have been added back. The reasons being

    I have notified our development team to remove it from the amazon suppression list, meanwhile kindly add the following domains to you mail server white-list to minimize future mail bounces

    jotform.com
    email.amazonses.com
    amazonses.com
    jotform.co
    secure.jotform.co
    s3.amazonaws.com 
    static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

    Thank you for your help,

    I do check my spam all the time. and I say you did two test and I didn't received them. 

    so its still not working

    The test I did triggered the email to be added back to the bounce list, we are currently awaiting feedback from the Dev team.

    I have also updated them that you have added the domains to your mail server white-list, meanwhile you can use an alternative email address for you form notification while the issue is being resolved

    good morning.

    whats going on with this problem?????

    its been 7 days now.

    Ill have to finra different form provider, you guys don't support problems which is the worst for a company!!!!

     

    Please advise ASAP!!

    My apologies, this thread was created 3 days ago and has been assigned to a developer to have your address removed from the suppression list.  Since only our developers have access to remove you, it is dependent on when they can get to your ticket. 

    You can use a different email address in the mean time if that is possible.  A free Gmail account would allow you to receive your notifications until your address can be removed.

    Im a company,

    I cannot use a different email address, all set up to a min address so all my employees can get it.

    Apologies again for the trouble you are having right.

    Just to confirm, may I know  if you have whitelisted all of our JotMail IP addresses and domain names mentioned in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. I see my colleague listed the domain names though.

    I've investigated the problem further and will add the additional information in the report created by my colleagues, but please do check with your email service provider or IT team if all of the IP addresses and domain names were whitelisted. 

    I checked the email address info@myprintingmatters.net, and it's on our bounce list again with the same reason. May I know to what forms you are having this problem? I see you changed your recipient email address to jotform@myprintingmatters.net, our mail logs show that you're receiving emails on that address
