In my form "to submit your site" There is the field "website URL" I was asking myself is it possible to ban this URL of being submitted?

Yes you are able to reject or not accept a URL in any of your form fields by using Show/Hide Conditions. For example, if you want to ban jotform.com, you can create a condition wherein if the "website URL" field is 'equal to' jotform.com, the Submit button will not show up.

To create conditions, please follow this tutorial - http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Conditional-Logic-on-Forms. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
