There are a lot of conditions that turn things Required
Not sure why the calculation is sometimes staying at zero for a option that has a calculation value
Occasionally other scripts running in pages can cause conflicts with the form in certain browsers. This can cause conditions, validation and things of that nature to fail. If you embed your form using the iFrame code however:
This will insulate your form from the rest of your page and should allow for the form to function properly no matter the browser or setup.
