We're not getting the responses through email anymore

    The form appears to be working – it’s still collecting the data when we log in – and it worked for a couple weeks when we change the email address. It used to be going to bashir@cpalberta.com and when it broke the first time we switched it to pickup@cpalberta.com and then it worked for a couple weeks, but it’s stopped. We’ve checked with our email provider and they say it’s nothing on their end. It’s not in our junk mail/on their server, our email isn’t full… I don't know what else to check.

    I checked the email addresses mentioned, and I found them on the bounce list due to the ff: reaspons.

    It was the reason email notification were not arriving in your mailbox inbox.

    I have remove them from the blocked list now. New incoming emails should now get through your inbox.

    I also suggest checking with your email provider to let them add to their whitelist the Jotmail's IPs so that it won't be blocked.

    Hello; I am the new I.T. support for Cerebral Palsy Alberta. We are still not receiving emails via this system. As a test, I sent an email to pickups@cpalberta.com using my Netscape account, and it went through. Upon seeing this response, I suspected that the IP address might be blacklisted; SpamCannibal is the sole site listing 54.240.10.27 as blacklisted. Could this be why we are not receiving emails from the Jot website?

    You could be correct on this.

    Can you please request to your email service provider to add to their whitelist the Jotmails IPs?

    I do not believe that one email provider whitelisting Jotmails IP address would get around the blacklist. I say this because a number of other email servers between Jotmail and our mail server have to relay the messages. Those other email servers could change: i.e. there are many routes from A to B.

    I suggest that Jotmail investigate why they are on the blacklist and begin steps to rectify the situation.

    You seem to be right on this. Let me send an email on behalf of our company to SpamCannibal, we have been blacklisted in the past by other anti-mailware software or anti-spam due to the phishing activities of some users, whose are suspended in not time, but it still affects us.
