We are having issues with the Adobe eSign Widget on one of our forms, Question Form - For Dr. Wilson. We have this widget enabled on other forms as well and it is working fine there, but on this particular form, an error comes up when trying to submit the signature:
I tried deleting it and putting in the widget again but still get the same error. Please help.

I was able to reproduce the error on your form. A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and forwarded to our Development Team.
In the meantime you can try Re-Authentication of your eSign account on the widget to see if that makes any differences.
We will let you know once we have any updates.

Hi, this usually happens if you try to clone a form with an existing Adobe eSign widget. Each Adobe eSign widget should attach uniquely to a single form.
To resolve this you have to re-authenticate the widget from the form builder as per my colleague suggested.
