How can I create a Payment Form with Multiple Options and Multiple Prices?

Hello - how can I create a form where a customer has option to choose multiple items with multiple pricing. For example a customer may choose to purchase AFGHANISTAN small animal @ $195 and also purchase Bangladesh @ $70 for 1 share of large. Please advise.

I see that you'd like to offer multiple products with different pricing.

To do this you will need to Setup and Order Form.

And from there you can set it to allow you to create Multiple Products.

Once you do that you can then use other options to create Special Pricing.
