Taking too long to receive Uploaded File from Customer

Do you mean that you have a customer who has uploaded a form and you have not yet received it?

Which form was this for? I see you have three forms with upload field on them. Please tell us which on you are having this issue with so that we can investigate the problem for you.

How large is the file that the customer is trying to upload?

Please note that large files may take awhile and we advise splitting them into smaller counterparts by switching to a multiupload button if that happens to be the case.
