Email Body Survey

Hello, do you have a function where a survey can be input within the body of an email? 

I'm sorry but did you mean to ask if you can embed a form in an email body? If yes, unfortunately, we do not recommend doing that. The reason is that most of the email clients have a very limited support on HTML & Scripts. That means embedding your form in an email will most probably not work/display correctly on user's email client.

A workaround I could suggest to you is to just hyperlink the form URL in your email body. In the form builder, click the "Preview" button to get the form URL:
