cloning question

I added a sub user to a form i created. This person has his own jotform account. the goal was for me to create the form share with him and he clone it and i would NOT have access to the clone. That is not what is happening. I can see the cloned form in my account and we cannot move the cloned form from the shared folders from his account. Maybe cloning is not the right tool. Please Help!
