I need to get either a HTML code to embed in my form, or something like that to offer my clients a way to embed their digital handwriiten signature on my form.

There is currently no option available in JotForm to allow your users to digitally sign into your form. You may ask them to upload an image copy of their signature instead using the File Upload field and a free service called http://www.mylivesignature.com. We hope you will still find this workaround useful.

UPDATE: We have just released e-signature capturing for forms.

You can now add an e-signature question to your form and get your users to sign the forms they complete.
