submit and print

Could you please elaborate? Were you looking for a way to have a completed form simultaneously printed and submitted or did you just want to include a button to print the completed form?

In the latter case, clicking the submit button while in the form builder will reveal a tab containing buttons to change some of its properties. One of them is labelled Print Button:

If you click it a button to print the form will appear on the same line as the submit button.

To have the completed form automatically printed when it's submitted would require custom coding. Please see this thread.
