Completed Payments showing as Incomplete Payments

    Hi there,

    In my account, we have integrated Jotform forms with 2checkout

    I am having an issue where payments that are showing as complete in 2checkout are showing under incomplete payments in Jotform and I don't get a notification of that entry in jotform by email

    Could you let me know why this might be happening and how we can fix it?

    When you integrated 2CheckOut, did you change the suggestion mentioned at the last part of the payment wizard?


    That may be one reason why the payments are not being processed. You could also try re-integrating 2CheckOut to make sure that you have the most up-to-date integration.

    Hi, yes we had completed it successfully. Most of the entries are updating correctly, it's just some

    I also noticed some instances of the opposite problem where payments are showing Authorized, not Payout Pending, but are showing complete in Jotform

    I've also setup the integration just a week or two ago so should be the latest version already

    I do recommend re-integrating the payment integration again since our developers are constantly making new updates, so week or two ago might already be a bit older version.

    It is however easy to just remove and then add the field back to your form and the products will be there already.

    The only thing to do is to set the label as it was before and to go over it to make sure that everything is set up properly.

    Now next to this, I would also suggest removing the IPN link and then saving it and then recreating the same as it was in your 2co account.

    If the same issue is still present, do give us the submission IDs of the ones that are in incomplete payments and we will raise this to our developers to see if there is anything that they can notice to be causing this.

    Ok we will remove and re-integrate 2co

    Could you explain what you mean by " removing the IPN link and then saving it and then recreating the same as it was in your 2co account."

    Does this copying the IPN link jotform gives me this time and updating the ipn in 2co with that?

    For setting up your IPN link (known as Approved URL on 2Checkout), please use the following IPN link:

    As pointed on the last page of our integration setup, please make sure that in your 2Checkout's Site Management page, the return method is set to “Given Links Back to my Website”.

    What my colleague has suggested above, is to:

    1. try removing the Approved URL from your page on 2Checkout site;

    2. save it;

    3. add the Approved URL back with making sure that you copy the exact link from above;

    4. and save your setup again with our IPN link re-added.

    Please let us know if the issue is resolved after removing and re-adding our IPN link as the Approved URL on your 2Checkout site management page. If the issue continues even after these steps, we will need a couple of example submission IDs that you can find where this issue has occurred, and we will be raising them to our developers for closer inspection.
