How to dynamically add options in radio button question?

I want the content from at textbox (company namy) to be shown as a option in a checkbox field

Do you mean to say that you want the textbox value to be automatically displayed in the radio button field?

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve your requirement. Though you can update the value of a textbox but it is not possible to dynamically add/update value in radio button / checkbox or dropdown fields.
