I just got an email with Google_DNS.png in it. When I click on it, it takes me to a speed test Icon. I am not sure what i need to do if anything but I do believe this is spam. If not please let me know what it is, and if thats what it is please let me know.

It does sound like it could be a spam submission, or possibly a user uploaded the wrong image file?
I havent been able to find the full submission in your forms to have a quick look at it.
Did you delete it? If not, could you please provide us with the form ID/URL so that we can easier find it?

I dont see a submission with that image attached to it.
I think its best we just monitor this issue for now. If it happens again let us know.
Your form is doesnt require a lot of input from its users so it is possible it could be open to abuse. I would recommend setting your VIN# to required (if at possible) on the form in question, it may help prevent issues like this going forward.
