Can the print button print all sections of the form?

Asked by J3671029r on December 27, 2011 at 01:38 PM

I have a form with 3 page breaks that come with the next button but my customer wants the form to be completed and printed out.  When you get to the end and hit print, it only shows what is on the final page.  Can we adjust that so the print button prints out all sections of the form?  Thanks.

    Hi J3671029r,

Yes, In order for you to print all the sections of the form, you may add a Print Button in each page of your form, as suggested by a JotForm user in this related thread.

    1. Insert a Free Text Field in your form

    2. Click the HTML button in the toolbar and enter this code:

PLEASE Print This Page for your records!

As for showing a progress indicator, you may use the free text tool to display the page number or something like that. The free text tool is found under the Power Tools section:
