Hello! Can I please delete my account?

Hi,

If you would like, we can indeed delete your account. This would delete your forms and submissions as well. We would need to cancel your subscription first. Please confirm that this is how you would like to proceed.

If you want to simply cancel your subscription, that can be done by downgrading your account back to a Free one:

In order for you to downgrade your account follow these steps

Click on your account Settings

Go the BILLING section . It will show you what is your current plan, so in order to downgrade to the Free Plan , click on the Free Starter Section and click on swith plan

Then click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
