I cloned a form, then created a new one form the clone. But when I get an email on the form I am getting the fields of the old one.

Since that's a cloned form, it will also have the same email template from the original form so I would suggest updating the email notification with your cloned form to avoid confusion. You can recreate the email notification on the cloned form and edit it again as you desire.
Make sure to submit an actual submission with the form you want to test its notification to avoid confusion.
