Resend autoresponder in the same format sent while submitting the form

    Great. That was very helpful.

    For some reason, an applicant did not get the Auto-responder email. How can we manually trigger one?

    On the same page, you can use the reply or forward feature.

    I tried both of these options. None of them make use of the formatted emails we have set up as auto-responds.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to trigger the auto-responder with the same format again. However, since the auto-responder is having only one field with submission ID, a workaround can be copying the content of auto-responder email to the Forward content or sending it through your email ID being used to send the auto-responder.

    Let me forward this as a feature request to our backend team to see if it is possible to implement the feature. I cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide any ETA at the moment. If there is any update, you'll be posted through the thread.

    Yes, please do. I think it should be a simple enough integration. A lot of end-users request mails to be resent. Forwarding on an individual basis becomes very cumbersome. The solution could be as simple as selecting multiple submissions and then being able to choose a "re-send email" button.

    Hi has there been any update on whether this feature will or has been added? 

    I am keen to see that we have the ability to resend the Auto Responder in the event the customer has entered and incorrect email in their original submission. As I have had this happen too many times and need to be able to resend the Auto Responder.

    Hello,

    This feature request is still opened. Feature requests depend on how many users are requesting specific feature, and that affects how fast it will be implemented.

    This would definitely be a helpful tool.  I'm quite surprised that it doesn't exist yet. You can see that the email went unopened, however you can't do anything about it.

    In my case, my autoresponder smtp email was setup wrong and quite a few emails were never received.  I fixed the mail issue and have no way to send the emails again automatically as written.

    It seems like an incomplete process, not just an enhancement to be able to resend an autoresponder email regardless if it wasn't received due to any reasons; spam, user deletion, improper mailbox setup on Jotform (my case), etc. 

    Please consider making this available sooner rather than later.
