Gmail using 'conversation view' which groups received emails together if they're the same.
Unfortunately it sees all my Jot Form enquiries as being the same even though they are from different customers.
Is there anyway I can alter my settings so it makes customer replies look like they are individual (so, coming from the person who fills the form in rather than just 'Jotform')?

I am not familiar with Gmail but can you try following this guide from the Gmail Blog: Turn off Gmails Conversation View and see if it works?
