( if the user selects as required then only the appropriate form displays )
A SELECTED : FORM 1
B SELECTED : FORM 2
C SELECTED : FORM 3
IF IN PART 1, ONLY A IS SELECTED THEN ONLY FORM 1 IS SHOWN
IF IN PART 1, B AND C IS SELECTED THEN ONLY FORM 2 AND 3 IS SHOWN
It is really easy thing to do on Jotform. You need to break your forms with "Form Collapse" and add some condition for showing or hiding forms.
