At that point, your problem can depend on several things:
1. Please try to clear your browser's caches and try again. HERE is the instruction for cleaning caches.
2. If your Jotform account is opened multiple tabs, windows or browsers. Please close them all and just try to open your account in one place.
3. It can be caused by your ISP. If you have a chance to connect different ISP, please try this option.
