I have an application form which once a user says they can work on a certain day, they then must fill out which hours on said day. For some strange reason a few users have bypassed those particular fields. Please note that I am using the Configurable List widget for the hours field. Could this be causing the issue? If so, would anyone know an alternative I could try? I not only need to/from time, but also the ability to add multiple to/from times.
Thanks

Hi,
I checked your form and the first 2 submissions, but I can't seem to see a submission that has the problem. Could you give us a sample submission that we can check?
This might be a problem related to a old browser being used by your applicants, the way how your conditions are loaded and the auto fill feature.
First, you could try using re-arranging the conditions you have, they work in priority so it is a factor that the conditions are loaded in a correct order.
Another possible caused of this is the Auto Fill feature, instead of using that one, you can try following this workaround: http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/?. That workaround is not browser dependent, it is stored in a session ID so users can continue filling out the form using a different browser or computer. It's possible that the required fields are being bypassed when users fill out the same browser, the Auto Fill feature might be prepopulating those fields incorrectly or giving them blank values based from a previous data inputted.
Please do try making this changes and see if the problem still persists.

I updated the conditional order, hopefully that will help.
Also, I have a few questions about the save and continue forms. I posted a new thread as it was off-topic.
The last time it happened was on 8/23/2015, submission ID is 316157058042551937

You could to require the fields in the form then remove the requirement conditions. This would require the fields if they are shown and will not require them if they are not shown. It should condense the conditions down quite a bit and hopefully cut down on validation issues.
I setup a quick clone of your form with the changes made so that you can see it functions the same but with fewer conditions:

Having the fields required ahead of time may help.

You are very welcome. If submissions still go through without required fields, let us know and we will take another look.
