Hi!
I just realized that I have lost some information the same way that the others are explaining here. It was an coincidence that I discovered this. Is it possible to get an warning for this in the future?
I Understand that I have all my submissions available at the form, but after setting up the connection the google docs I have done some changes in the excel file on the layout and formatting. I don't want to do this each time i have lost submissions from google docs.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this happens whenever Google make an update with their API. The API is the communication between JotForm and Google. So if there are issues reported, our developers apply patches in order to fix it.
All the submissions are still available in the submissions page, just like what you've mentioned. If you remove the integration and create a new one, it will pull up all the submissions from our servers to the new spreadsheet.
Thank you for understanding.

Hi Jan,
I totally understand the bjorn question.
We usually integrate the SPREADSHEET ID and all features within our reports through Google documents, so if we RE integrate we lose everything and we must adjust the code again as a new ID is generate.
I've already requested a feature (long time ago) to have a button called "Re integrate", so instead of creating a new spreadsheet (new id), Jotform will delete the data within the current spreadsheet and re populate the information, so we avoid issues like he had.
Because of the last issue with Google Drive, I lost half day re integrating and checking IDs as I have lots of spreadsheets reading and generating reports based on Jotform data.
