    My clients are not receiving the form notification email

    I am not receiving messages? It is with some error on the form? The same eta normal at the site, the user receives the OK message sending, but in the inbox of all my clients the message is not received.

    Your email address is not listed to our bounce list and I don't see any errors that are related to your email address.

    Your last form ID is this http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51457487921969 and your notification emails are correct. But I saw that you are currently using a custom sender email address for the notifiers. I think the issue is related to that so please try changing your sender email to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. If these two senders will work then that means your custom sender email address is the issue. If that's the case, I would recommend using SMTP method. We have two:

    I am having the same issue - I have my forms set up update a value for the e-mail to and that condition suddenly stopped working on all the forms I tested. I have rebuilt it a few different ways and nothing I do is making it work
