how do I undo recently deleted records?

Hi,

I think you are referring to deleted submission. Unfortunately, this is not possibles. Once it gets deleted it also deletes from our servers. 

The only option is to check your email account and recover the data from there. You must have received the submission email when the form was submitted. Alternatively, you can check your account "Email History" and check the submission email which was sent. It will give you the complete email content as well.
