How do I assign Inbound Lead Queue as lead owner vs owner of the account for Salesforce integration?

    We have a Jotform that is creating a new lead in Salesforce but it always assigns the owner of our Jotform account to the lead and thus prevents the lead from entering our lead rotator.  We want to assign the lead as Inbound Lead Queue so that it can be Round Robined.

    I see what you mean, the leads will be always assigned to the owner of the Jotform/salesforce account and there is no way to make this change from our current integration.


    However, you can always select the lead and change the owner and even add it to a queue so it will be round robined.
