Can we add conditions based on Sub Products?Asked by metalsunny on August 25, 2015 at 02:10 PM
is it possible for me to add a download link to each sub product on a single product in the case of digital download?
This is a re-post of a comment on Create Sub-Products Based on a Product Option
Unfortunately, Sub Products are not currently supported by our form conditions. The form Conditions Wizard works only with products and their quantities at the moment.
If you would like to be able to setup conditions based on sub products, please confirm and we will add a feature request to our system.
I have the same request made by metalsunny; hope this could be possible in the soon (ASAP, of course! :) )
Thanks for all Your support!
Enjoy your day!
If I understood your request (bot of you and of metalsuny above), you are looking to have the sub-products as links - not as plain text?
So that user can simply download the product?
I presume that this is not the case, but would just like to confirm - more info the better :)
My request was quite different: I would like to insert a sub-product in a condition rule; if it possible, I would like that, if a user choose a sub-product in big quantity, the form could show him/her (and me later in submission's PDF) a text that informs him/her that he/she will receive an additional free product thanks to his/her request of a big number of products.
Thank You so much!
As this does not seem as the same request I have moved it to a new thread instead. This new thread can be found here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/657212.
In future, we do urge you to open a new thread if the request is not exactly the same, pointing to any other thread as a reference instead.
We will be answering to you on the new thread shortly.
