I was getting emails to firstname.lastname@example.org up until a few days ago. The conditions to my forms haven't changed. The only thing I can think of is, my mailbox recently reached it's limit and the bounce back has caused my email address to be invalid. I have cleared up space on my mail account but the emails are still not sending. I am receiving emails just fine from everyone else. Can you please look into this and see if Jot Form still recognizes my email address?

If you were able to set up your notification correctly and was able to test it properly but still you're not receiving your email notifications, you can try to perform the instructions on these guides, as needed, to see if you can solve the issue on your end.
