Applicants receiving text message after completing form?

My company has our job application on JotForm. Some applicants have reported that after completing the application, they receive a strange text message with multiple phone number on it. I called these numbers and they are for a job search company called JobTomic. Why is JotForm sending these spam text messages and why is JotForm giving information about applicants to third party companies?

We do not give any of your data to anyone.  The text messages do not come from us or anyone affiliated with us.  We have no affiliation at all with JobTomic, I have actually never heard of them.  Is either of the email addresses in your notifications linked to this company at all?  There should be no way for them to get any data from your form, let alone send automated text messages when it is submitted.

Thank you for the quick response. I am glad to hear that the info of my applicants is secure. I will do some more research on this subject.

If you do find out what is going on and don't mind sharing, I am quite curious what the cause may be.  If there is some way they are collecting data from your forms and sending texts without your or our permission, we would love to know.
