    Good afternoon,

I would like to draw up a form as follows:

First the user requests the approval of a product, in this request he registers the product and insert the file details of the product.

After registering will I receive an e-mail with the registration of the product, and go direct to the people responsible approve the product.

The second form is to pull some information from the first, and approvals from 3 different people should appear in the same form, how do I prepare a form like this?

    Thank you

    Hi Guilherme,

I'm afraid that we do not have an approval workflow, but we can offer you a workaround using our EDIT URL method.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Add an email notifier (http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications) and add the edit link in the email body. This way, the approver can edit the submission and fill his/her own part of the form.

If you want, you can also conditionally send an email based on the field input or selection. HEre's our guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection. For example, you will send a specific email to the approver 1 after someone submits the form. When the approver 1 fills his/her part and submits the form, send it to Approver 2 and so on.

The above do not need you to create multiple forms. You can add all the required fields in the form for all people that are involved to fill it.

Let us know if you need further assistance about this matter.

    Thanks
