log in - IMMEDIATE HELP IS NEEDED

    I cannot log into our account that we have with you.  A member of my team tried to contact you regarding this and to pay our bill but hasn't been able to.  Can you please let me know by sending an email to my personal account which is jfullert@maine.rr.com.

    The search result from our member database indicated that the email address fpmediagroup@gmail.com is associated with a guest account which does not have any login since it only relies on browser cookies. In addition no form was created under such guest account.

    Do you have any other forms or website address where a form created with JotForm is embeded? We can use the form id to search for any user from our database.

    We'll await for your response.
