    Hi,

We have a paid account of Jotforms. I'm one of the sub-user on that paid account but my account details show as a FREE account. Why is that so?

    Thanks,

    -R

Only the main account will be upgraded and the sub-accounts will not be. Sub-accounts are used to manage the forms from the main account. If a form is shared to you, you will have the control to that, but the submission in that form will be added to the main account and not to yours.

    Thanks

By the way, here's how guide for properly sharing a form to sub-users: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.

    Thanks

Thanks for the response.  How many max number of responses can a sub user's shared form can have? I assume it's same as the main account can have.

Submission limits always apply from the account that owns the form.

This means that it doesn't matter if you are on a free account. If you are using forms that are shared with you from another account, any submissions to these forms will count exclusively to the account that has shared them with you.

Please let us know if you need any further clarifications or assistance, we will be happy to help.
