Anonymous Responses

Hello,

Is there a way to have responses from a survey show as anonymous?  We'd like to send out a survey but do not want to know who answered the questions.

In that case, do not include any identification fields (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) in the form.

We do collect however, the IP addresses of the form submitters. In most cases it should not be a problem, since the IP can be the same if you open the form from the same office, or if you do not know which IP belongs to which user.
