hello, i am trying to cancel my account. how do i do that?

You have paid for your JotForm subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus. Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers that was automatically generated by them when you first paid your subscription, you can also find this username in the content of the email receipt that you receive from them paying for the subscription.
To cancel your subscription or edit your billing information, find this username and the e-mail address that you have used when you have paid for your account (this is the e-mail where you receive notifications from Plimus) then enter these details on this link: https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1. This will reset your password and then you can login to change your billing information or cancel your subscription.
But you no longer need to do this as I went on with the cancellation of your account. You will not get charged again. Your account is now scheduled for downgrade on 19 January, 2012. Feel free to resubscribe anytime after the downgrade!
