I am trying to change the email address that completed forms are sent to. Originally we had the default email address from the account profile and that worked fine. Now we want to send the completed forms to a different email address and have changed the email address but the email has not been received. Not sure what we are doing wrong. Thanks.

First of all, I checked your notification email adresses and notification settings everything seems good.
At that point, I suggest you to check your spam or junk boxes.
In addition, in spite of the fact that your email adresses are not in bouce list, I suggest you to set your notifications by THESE CRITERIAS.
