    How can I upload a security certificate for secure. jotform.com?

    Hello,

    I am in need of a  security certificate for all forms pertaining to secure.jotform.com . How can I get this?

    Could you please clarify your inquiry? Please note that we do have SSL Certificate installed for secure.jotform.com, and it is absolutely safe to use secure forms through https://secure.jotform.com/

    Thanks for your reply.  I have learned a little more about the issue. When someone using Internet Explorer, the security certificate is not accepted, so anyone using a secure form in Explorer is not able to submit their payment information due to an error with the certificate.  Attached are screenshots of the problem.

    There is no issue with the certificate when someone is using Firefox or Safari.


    Is there anything that Jotform is able to do on their end to resolve this?

    Sadly, I wasn't able to replicate this issue on my end using Internet Explorer 8. May we know what version of IE you are using?

    Furthermore, in your screenshots, the Certificate Error appears only on  the Thank You page. Is that the case or is the error also occuring on the actual form?

    I'm not sure which version of Explorer it is, but I now know that what I said about this issue being limited to Explorer is wrong.  the certificate issue isn't limited to Explorer. It is dependent on individual browser settings. Anyone with more secure settings will be warned not to submit their payment due to the Certificate Error, or their browser settings may even prevent them from making any payment at all. This is an issue we are now experiencing with all secure forms.

    There is no error with the actual form itself, it is only when you submit the payment that there is a Security Certificate error.

    I need a resolution to this ASAP, as we are losing out on many priority payments due to this error.

    Can you tell us how to recreate this issue? Which exact browser settings need to be changed in order to make this security certificate error appear?

    In order to recreate the issue, you will have to submit a payment in any of the secure forms that are in my account. Here is one of our forms to use as an example:  https://secure.jotform.com/form/2485522287

    If you don't mind submitting some amount, even if it's just a dollar amount, we will refund you, and you will be able to see the Certificate Error.

    Solution:
    We discovered that this issue was fixed by cloning the existing forms and using those in place of the existing versions.
