There is no direct way of doing that, but there is a way to be able to achieve the desired result.
First you would need to look into your email history to see which emails were not delivered (unless you already know which ones are they).
Once you do that and have made a note of failed submissions, just head over to Submissions Panel and forward the same to yourself.
Please do note that there is a 100 emails per hour limit, so if you go over it, they will be placed on hold before they are sent to you in the next hour - to make sure that they are sent, I would always suggest sending around 50-80 in an hour and then repeating the same in the next one (since your emails are counted when you send them and when someone submits the form).
