Unable to receive email notifications

Are you referring to the email notifications? I checked your form and found out that in order for you to receive the email notification, there is a condition:

Is this condition really needed? I believe the condition is not related to your goal. The condition means that the email should start with first name and last name. If this condition is not met, then the email notification will not be sent.
