Not receiving any email notifications

    One of our contacts who is set to receive the notifications for three of our forms has not received the notifications since Friday. Email address for the contact is and the form names are BDNY 2015: Exhibitor Application, BDwest 2016: Exhibitor Application, HX 2015: Exhibitor Inquiry Form.

    If you could take a look to see if it's something on the Jot Form side that would be great.

    I checked email address you provided and that email address were on bounce list. Our system gave following result: is IN  the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 rejected due to spam content

    I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
