One of our contacts who is set to receive the notifications for three of our forms has not received the notifications since Friday. Email address for the contact is email@example.com and the form names are BDNY 2015: Exhibitor Application, BDwest 2016: Exhibitor Application, HX 2015: Exhibitor Inquiry Form.
If you could take a look to see if it's something on the Jot Form side that would be great.
I checked email address you provided and that email address were on bounce list. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 rejected due to spam content
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
