Do not receiving email notifications

    when custemers fill up the resavation form i dont get email from jotform that i have new resavation

    what do i do wrong

    I have checked your form and I noticed that you have conditional email Notification. Your condition looks like this.

    This means that if Full name of your user is e.g. John Jonson his email address needs to start with JohnJonson@***.com in order for you to receive email Notification. I would suggest you to remove this condition from your form if you want to receive email Notification every time your form is submitted. 

    I would also suggest you to remove other condition for field that is deleted from your form.
