How can I avoid duplicated emails?Asked by embajadoresizettle on August 26, 2015 at 12:33 PM
Some users register twice or more, how can I prevent that?
Is there a configuration about that?
Thanks a lot!
If you want your users to submit once, there's a couple of ways to do that.
Let's say, you want firstname.lastname@example.org to only submit once, you can use the option unique question in the form limits and set it to the email field. Here's a guide on how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
If you want to limit per IP or browser session, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
Do let us know if you need more information on this.
